Cook the chicken in a pan over medium heat til it is fully cooked through, and use the same pan to cook some bacon

Heat the oven to the temp on the focaccia dough pack.

Roll out the focaccia dough and press it into an oiled deep dish pan, ensuring an even distribution and forming a slight edge along the perimeter.

Par-cook the focaccia dough in the preheated oven until it is slightly golden

Once the dough is par-baked, spread half of the remaining K-BBQ sauce over the crust as a base

Generously sprinkle the grated mixed cheddar and mozzarella over the sauced crust

Scatter chopped chicken, peppers, onions and bacon on top

Pop the pizza in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden and crisp.

Take it out of the oven and drizzle over the remainder of the K-BBQ sauce on top.
