Enjoy a set of three signature Chimac Korean inspired sauces. Dreamt up in the kitchen of our Dublin restaurant, each sauce is bold, punchy and packed with flavour. You'll recieve one each of our 350ml sauce bottles - the sweet but spicy Sriracha Caramel, our not-too-hot Korean Hot Sauce and last but not least, a Chimac K-BBQ sauce. Perfect for dunking or dipping, they're also the perfect ingredient in a simple stirfry, or meat marinade.

Chimac Korean Hot Sauce:

Ingredients:
Gochujang [Corn Syrup, Red Pepper Seasoning Red Pepper Powder, Water, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Rice, Water, Sea Salt, Red Pepper Powder, Grain Alcohol, Soybean, Salt, Soybean Powder Soy, Glutinous Rice, Rice Flour, Koji (Barley)], Honey, Rice Wine Vinegar [ Water, Glutinous Rice, Salt], Soy Sauce (Wheat), Cider Vinegar, Water, Garlic.


Allergens:
Contains wheat, barley, soya. May contain sulphites. Prepared in a kitchen which handles peanuts, mustard, egg, mik and sesame.

Korean BBQ Sauce:

Ingredients:
Brown Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Soybean Paste [Water, Soybean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Fermented Soybean Powder, Rice Wine, Wheat, Soybean Powder, Koji (Barley), Flavour Enhancers (E627 , E631)], Water, Soy Sauce (Wheat), Garlic, Rapeseed Oil, Spices, Xanthan Gum
