Inspired by this fried chicken obsession, we're proud to bring a taste of Seoul to the heart of Dublin. Think crispy free-range chicken that’s irresistibly good and sauce so delicious you’ll question all life decisions so far.
Our 100% Irish free-range chicken is fried fresh to order. Pickles and sauces come from recipes, not jars. Fries are never frozen. Our food is made in house, from scratch, by humans.
HOW WE DO IT
Chimac is the love child of a fried chicken obsession. It’s seen thousands of hours pored over a fryer, years researching methods and an insatiable hunger for chicken that’s better, tastier, crispier. We crave perfection. It means we brine our chicken for at least 18 hours and double fry for that extra crunch.
We don’t recognise nation states...we only see chicken! We fuse Korean flavour with fresh local produce, taking inspiration from home and right round the globe. It's a uniquely Irish take on KFC - addictively delicious and packed with flavour.
Right now we don't take reservations so just pop in when you can no longer take the cravings! You’ll find us frying day and night at 76 Aungier Street, in the very heart of Dublin city.
