K-BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:

  • Two racks of pork ribs (ask your butcher to remove the silverskin)
  • Mustard - we love French’s
  • K-BBQ sauce
  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 135° celsius
  2. Rub the ribs with mustard and season generously with salt and pepper
  3. Wrap in tinfoil, pop it in the oven for two to three hours, until tender
  4. Remove from tinfoil, allow cool and once you can touch it, lather in K-BBQ sauce
  5. Reheat on BBQ to crisp the sauce for 2-3 minutes each side until the ribs are really camelized for a crispy texture to the tender ribs
