
K-BBQ Ribs
Ingredients:
- Two racks of pork ribs (ask your butcher to remove the silverskin)
- Mustard - we love French’s
- K-BBQ sauce
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 135° celsius
- Rub the ribs with mustard and season generously with salt and pepper
- Wrap in tinfoil, pop it in the oven for two to three hours, until tender
- Remove from tinfoil, allow cool and once you can touch it, lather in K-BBQ sauce
- Reheat on BBQ to crisp the sauce for 2-3 minutes each side until the ribs are really camelized for a crispy texture to the tender ribs
