Espresso Breakfast Sandwich

Makes two delicious breakfast sandwiches, for you and a friend, or for you and for future you
Ingredients:
Recipe:
  1. Roll the meat into balls, then press into 1 cm thick patties, make sure it’s an even thickness for consistent cooking.

  2. Fry in a pan with a little oil for 3-4 mins each side until browned and cooked. Chuck on your cheese and let it melt. Set aside.

  3. In the same pan, fry the egg, seasoning with salt and pepper.

  4. Butter the bun and lightly toast it in the pan until golden.

  5. Layer a sausage patty on the bun, followed by avocado, the fried egg, and a heavy drizzle of the Chimac X BrewBox sauce. Enjoy!
