Prepare the Pork Mix: In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, Sriracha Caramel sauce (75mls or half a sachet), and finely sliced spring onions.

Add the pork mince to the bowl and mix everything together until well combined. Use your hands if you fancy

Shape the pork mixture into golf ball-sized patties.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat with oil.

Place the pork patties in the pan. Don;t overcrowd the pan, even 3 - 4 a time is perfect.

Press them down gently to form a patty shape with a spatula. Add a slice of cheese on each one.

Place a corn tortilla on top and again press each one down with a spatula to flatten

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the pork begins to slightly caramelize and is pretty much fully cooked.

Carefully flip the dumpling tacos and cook until the other side is crispy and the pork is fully cooked.

Remove the dumpling tacos from heat and let them cool slightly.

Garnish with more sliced spring onions and drizzle with additional Sriracha Caramel sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
