This super quick recipe for sweet and salty Sriracha Caramel nuts is the perfect crowdpleaser - ideal as a pre-meal snack alongside ice-cold drinks, or as an addictive appetiser to whet the appetite. Be warned - they're sticky, lightly spicy and incredible moreish!
Grab 300g of nuts (whatever nuts you like!! At chicken HQ we like an equal mix of raw cashews, almonds and peanuts)
Heat oven to 175 degrees
Douse the nuts in about 100ml of Sriracha Caramel. Make sure they all are evenly coated, and sprinkle on some sea salt and sesame seeds if you’ve got them
Lay the nuts flat on a baking sheet with parchment paper
Pop them in the oven for 15 mins and toss em twice
Remove from oven when golden and caramelised. Let them cool so as not to burn your pretty little mouth
