Cut your aubergines in half. Crosshatch each side - think about creating a Burren-esque karst backdrop of clints & grikes
Generously rub on K-BBQ sauce, getting into the little crevices and cracks
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Pop in the oven at 170
Allow to cook until golden and caramelized around 20 mins
